User Groups
Gordano provide two publicly accessible User Groups for the discussion of its products. These groups are moderated to keep traffic to a reasonable level and ensure that discussion remains "on topic".

This is a general discussion list for the Gordano Messaging Suite. Examples of subjects that may be discussed include general usage, comments on usability and ideas for enhancements. The list is also used as a means of informing customers of new products and enhancements to existing products.

This list specifically focuses on the Mail Meta Language (MML) a powerful scripting language designed specifically for the handling of Internet mail. MML is unique to Gordano products. Examples of subjects that may be discussed include general questions relating to MML as well as specific questions on the usage and functionality.

In addition to the above groups a third list is available that allows discussion of previews of Gordano's software. Release candidates of forthcoming releases of Gordano's software are released to the public prior to them going on full public release. This list is solely for discussion of these release candidates, once they are on general release discussion should be moved to the main list discuss@gordano.com.

Gizmos are Javascript mashups that allow you to extend the functionality of GMS WebMail. This list can be used to discuss your ideas for Gizmo development, or ask any questions you have about Gizmos
Note: While our support staff do monitor the proceedings on the User Groups, they will only be able to respond as time allows. The User Groups are not an alternative to a support contract and are intended for discussion, not as a means of obtaining support.
